Peel II (55 Gallon)
Overview
PEEL II is a phosphoric acid-based descaler and delimer that effectively tackles lime, rust, scale, and mineral deposits with a low-odor, non-fuming formula. It’s suitable for kitchens and other areas needing deposit removal, offering economic dilution options and enhancing equipment longevity by breaking down tough buildups. Its safe formula serves as a less harmful alternative to stronger acids, supporting risk management efforts.
Directions For Use
- General Descaling & Rust Removal: Dilute 20 ounces per gallon with water. For heavy build up: dilute 40 ounces per gallon with water. Apply diluted product from bottom to top, allowing time to penetrate deposits. Agitate with a brush and rinse thoroughly from top to bottom. (Do Not allow product to dry on surface)
- Dish Washers: The machine should be completely drained and pre-cleaned. Set the machine dispensing system to the delime setting or an applicable cycle. After closing the drain, fill tank with hot water. For normal cleaning, add 4-12 ounces to the tank, depending on the severity on cleaning needed. For heavy buildup, add ½ to 1 gallon to the tank depending on the severity of cleaning needed and run on the delime cycle. Run machine through complete cycle & drain tank. Run machine through complete cycle again to rinse away any residue and drain tank.
- Industrial: For lighter deposits, mix 20 ounces of PEEL II with 1 gallon of water. In vat applications, use 4 to 10 ounces of PEEL II to 1 gallon of water at 180° to 200°. Rinse with water or dip in rust preventative. In foaming applications, PEEL II can be used at full strength or diluted at a rate of 12 to 25 ounces per gallon.
